Tip: Getting to know your photographer will help ease any concerns & calm your nerves about planning your wedding.

Book your date with a retainer & start planning!. Once you find out your date is available, turn your dreams into a reality by securing it right away. We can do it all online, or we can meet for coffee. Upon receiving your signed contract and retainer, we will email you our private login to our client resource page with so many helpful tips to help you plan your wedding and get the most out of your Ara Photography experience. We are here to help you in any way we can!

Engagement Session. Now, the fun begins! Once you've secured your date and opt-in for an engagement session. Go ahead and start thinking about a location that is special and meaningful to both of you. No worries if you don't have one; We have plenty of beautiful suggestions all over the San Antonio area. Your main job during the e-session is to LOVE ON EACH OTHER and HAVE FUN!

Planning the Details. I always tell my brides and grooms that I will be here for you both beyond just taking your photos. Everything from vendor recommendations, dress shops, and planning your timeline with your photography in mind - I got you! Two weeks before your wedding, we will walk through your timeline, go over your family shot list, and answer any questions and concerns. Expect a joyful and stress-free experience!

That's right! It's your WEDDING DAY!! Eeeeek! Your job or I should say your ONLY job is to look pretty and have fun! All eyes will be on you two, and you can relax knowing that you have a dream team of vendors that will do everything to ensure your day runs flawlessly. We will work tirelessly to deliver creative, timeless, fun photos that you both and your family can cherish forever.

Gallery Delivery. After the wedding, we get right to work on editing your photos. Once your wedding gallery is ready, you will receive that; "Pictures Up!" email. We suggest cuddling up on the couch; screen share it onto the big TV with a glass of wine or coffee, or hot cocoa as you scroll through hundreds of your photos. *Warning* Tears might be shed. Now you have the perfect day to look back on & can relive every moment of it!

Album Design. The albums will never be obsolete. Digital storage devices are so every - changing that the next best thing will arrive as soon as the old one gets delivered to your home. Our premium signature albums are one thing that will never fade, and it is one item that most of our couples typically choose to invest more in. If you decide to invest in an album, we will begin the design process as soon after gallery delivery. We will work together on a design you love with the images you love the most! Once the design is finalized, it won't be long before your final album from your ARA Photography experience is in your hands.
